Tauhara Accommodation Rates and Availability

Our Rates 

Tauhara offers very reasonable rates for accommodation.  Our rates per night for private retreatants are as follows: 

Self-contained unit - solo:   $140- bedding included

Self-contained unit double: $160 - bedding included

Bunkrooms

Please note: When possible we allocate single accommodation, when busy - shared. If single unit accommodation is required, a surcharge may apply if units are in high demand. 

Unit - single : $60 - bring your own bedding

Unit - double: $90 - bring your own bedding

Bedding hire: $20  - includes all linen and towel - One-off cost.

Camping 

Camp site (unpowered): $30 pp

Campervan/motorhome (with power, bring your own camping gear, vehicle, bedding): $35

The daily rate can vary, particularly if you have a large group booking. Please contact Tauhara for specific information regarding your group. 

Availability 

Tauhara is usually booked months in advance, especially for weekends. Please refer to The Events Calendar for information about upcoming events. 

Although the calendar may appear to be fully booked in places, there is often opportunity for two or more smaller groups to dovetail. The programme is subject to change. There is often the opportunity for private retreatants, or small groups, to be at Tauhara while other groups are using some of the facilities.
